OPP charged one person following a dispute at a Midland apartment on Friday.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP were called to an apartment complex on King Street at around 4 o’clock that afternoon.
A woman had said that she was stabbed during a dispute with another person.
The victim was tended to by Simcoe County Paramedics and taken to hospital for treatment of her injuries, which are not believed to be serious.
Police also found the suspect, who was in violation of release orders from 2024.
A 26-year-old woman is now facing charges of assault with a weapon and uttering threats. She was scheduled to appear in court on Saturday.
