A person has been charged with kidnapping in connection with the disappearance of Elnaz Tamiri, who was abducted from a house in Wasaga Beach in January.
A 35 year old from Quebec is now charged with kidnapping. Mohammed Lilo also faces charges of attempted murder and attempted kidnapping.
That stems from an attack on the same victim by a group of men at an underground parking garage in Richmond Hill the month before she was abducted from Wasaga Beach.
Two others also face charges in connection with the Richmond Hill attack.
But the 37 year old Tamiri remains missing.
