Police in Barrie have seized a sawed off shotgun and a stolen car.
An officer noticed the car parked in a Bayfield Street Driveway on Wednesday.
Police paid a visit to the house, and a canine unit came upon a man hiding inside.
He faces weapons and theft related charges.
Another man and a woman in the house were charged in connection with unrelated matters.
