The remaining spring work and final touches on the King Street Rejuvenation project in Midland have begun this week!
The Town has been planning the revitalization of King Street from Bayshore Drive to Yonge Street for a number of years.
The rejuvenation includes but isn’t limited to:
- New Sanitary System
- New Storm System
- New Watermain
- New Road alignment and parking configurations
- Reconfiguration as a flexible street design with movable bollards
- New traffic signals
- New pedestrian crossings
- New landscape features
Weather permitting, Arnott Construction hopes to have the work completed by the end of May.
