Collingwood and Blue Mountains OPP arrested two GTA men with a variety of crimes in our region.
On Sunday (March 2) police responded to a theft of expensive scotch in progress at the LCBO in Thornbury – the suspects then fled in a stolen vehicle.
OPP spotted the vehicle in Collingwood and initiated a stop – but the suspect vehicle fled – it was found at a ski lodge and so were the two suspects nearby. They were arrested and in addition to the booze and the stole vehicle – police found a quantity of drugs.
Both were connected to other criminal investigations in the region.
They face a multitude of charges.
