It’s time to Spring Forward this weekend!
That means our clocks will move ahead one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Most smartphones will automatically adjust the time on their own, but manual alarm clock users may want to set their clocks ahead before going to bed Saturday night.
Daylight Saving Time was intended to help people save energy and make better use of the season’s daylight hours.
It will end on Sunday, November 6th at 2 a.m. when our clocks will fall back an hour.
This is also the bi-annual reminder to check the batteries in your home’s smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
