The body of a “middle-aged” woman has been found in a ditch in Wasaga Beach.
OPP Sergeant Jason Folz tells us a passerby discovered the body on River Road West this morning. Police had closed the road from Blueberry Trail to Westbury Road.
He says it’s too early to tell how long the body had been there or if foul play is suspected.
Folz says the investigation is ongoing.
