The Collingwood Blues of the Ontario Junior Hockey League designed a proposal to conduct a 6 team ” bubble style ” tournament in the town for November.
The format was envisioned to be a smaller scale replica of what the National Hockey League successfully did in Toronto & Edmonton this year.
