It’s truly the end of an era.
Donna Hamilton has announced on Facebook that after 46 years, she and her husband Rob have sold the Queen’s Hotel in Barrie.
She wrote, “Although we have owned and sold many other night clubs and sports bars this one really struck home. So many mixed emotions and a big adjustment ahead to face retirement. We thank all the employees and customers who have supported us over the years.”
No word yet on the new owners or what they have planned for the future of the legendary nightspot.
